西班牙勞動力市場需求趨勢
西班牙最需求的專業報告中顯示，目前西班牙的需求並不是那麼廣泛。最主要的需求是科技和企業類相關的專業。
排在最前面的兩個專業是資訊技術和電腦工程，接下來的排名是企業管理、工業工程、市場行銷、電信工程、經濟學、工程學、管理學和位於第十位的 IT 管理。
更具專業性的專業越來越熱門
報告同樣指出，雖然現在的市場需求對專業的全面性仍然有著較高的要求，但是學生選擇專業的趨勢則是偏向更具有專業性的專業。這樣也造成了一定的就業困難的問題。例如傳統的法律專業，專業內容涵蓋廣，那麼學生畢業以後的職業輸出方向就非常的廣泛，但是現在針對性強的專業則失去了這個強項。
現今，自己創業成為了現在年輕人非常熱門的選擇。有大多數的年輕人清楚地知道他們在畢業以後會選擇創業，所以他們會選擇企業管理專業 (ADE)，這也是為什麼現在企業管理專業非常熱門的原因之一。
西班牙的工作機會正在增加
