根據 2017 年 6 月西班牙安達魯西亞大區新出爐的大學收費政策，每個第一次註冊就獲得的學分，在第二年註冊的時候，就對每個通過的學分減掉99%的註冊費。不是高分，是只要 5 分通過！重修的不算，只看一次性通過的學分。
我們舉個例子，馬拉加大學旅遊系的大二學生 Elsa，今年就趕在第一批享受到安達魯西亞給同學們的福利。她今年一共只繳費 13.63 歐！我們來看一下她今年的學費繳費單。

安達魯西亞每一個學分註冊費是 12.62 歐，60 個學分註冊費一共是 757.2 0歐，去年有兩門課獲得了 Matrícula de Honor（滿分），兩門課 6 學分註冊費是 75.72 歐，學校今年直接減掉，因此她今年的註冊費只剩下 681.48 歐。由於這個學霸妹妹去年全部科目一次通過，所以 60 學分的註冊費全部減掉 99%，就是減掉了 674.67 歐，所以她今年的註冊費只剩下 6.8148 歐。
加上學生證和學校保險，一共只需繳 13.63 歐。
我們來看一下公式：(757.2-75.72) * 0.01 + 5.7 + 1.12 = 13.6348 歐
以上證明成績就是錢啊！

收取多少註冊費是每個大區自己決定的，跟學校教學質量沒有關係。每個大區都有好學校和一般的學校。收費高的不一定都是名校，安達魯西亞大區有格拉納達大學，塞維亞大學這些名校，也有馬拉加大學這種新成長起來的實力大學。每個學校的著重點不一樣，符合不同學生的期待和要求。因此，教學質量並不是用學費來衡量的。
