西班牙高校系統 (SUE) 擁有高品質高水準的教學。西班牙擁有 83 所大學，243 個線下校園和 113 個線上教學校園。這麼多大學中，50 所為公立大學，33 所私立大學。這些數字每年都在增加。無論是公立大學還是私立大學，都為學生提供了各個領域、完整多樣的專業選擇。（藝術及人文、社會科學、法律、資訊技術、工程、工業、農業、獸醫、醫療領域等。）

而在學費部分，西班牙的公立大學在政府的資助下，最便宜的安達魯西亞地區，一個學年最低的甚至不到台幣十萬元。相較於英國或美國，西班牙學費與生活費都非常親民，也成為許多學生選擇的要件。
西班牙每個大學和每個大區的學費政策都有所不同。學費較高的地區為加泰隆尼亞、瓦倫西亞、馬德里和卡斯蒂利亞-萊昂地區。學費CP值較高的則是安達盧西亞、坎塔布裡亞、加利西亞和穆爾西亞。這裡需要說明的是，西班牙大學的學費和學校的教學品質是沒有任何關係的，完全是各個學校、各個大區的政策不一樣，請大家不要被誤導。
